the lone citizen

a lone citizen stands before a line of tanks
he becomes a wall so strong
he reverses reality
subjecting the state

with no riches or army behind him
he says no to the machine
and the human force
behind the machine
he mocks the violence of tyrants
he rebuts the orators of war
with not even a word
